These items are the Education Stage and the Subject Discipline in which the teaching position is located; but some education stages do not include disciplines. With our automated pre-filtration system, an offer would just be displayed to the teachers that have the same Education Stage and Subject Discipline selected in their profile data.
Example: A Secondary School posts a job offer for a Maths teacher. The school selects Primary Education as Education Stage and Natural and Applied Sciences as pre-filter items. Then, only teachers who selected the same pre-filters will be able to find the posted offer.
