Yes, it is totally free. We do not charge anyone from registering in our website. Everyone with teaching education is welcome to register in our website and will have access to the best job offers, according to their background and preferences.

No, you don’t. Nevertheless, we plan to charge a symbolic amount of money yearly in the future, since maintaining such a big website has become quite expensive and we might need to cover its maintenance and constant development costs. Our plan is to keep steadily growing and provide the best service possible. If such a change comes, we will inform all users in advance via email and social media.

Even though we are based in Europe and we are compliant with European laws, our services are accessible worldwide. Schools and teachers from everywhere in the world can sign up and use the services offered by GetYourTeachers, but they must accept our Terms and Conditions, which are ruled by European law. Schools from all over the world can post job offers, and teachers from all nationalities can also apply if they meet the criteria. We believe in a global and connected world, where finding better opportunities and developing your career is easy and simple.

After you apply for a job offer, the school that posted it will receive a notification. They will be able to see who has applied for their job ad and will contact you if they consider so after they have reviewed all your information. If they decide to contact you, they will do so by using the contact information that you provided us and that we share with the school when you apply for the job offer.

The school will receive all your profile information, including your email address and phone number (if you add it). In addition, they will receive your resume file and, on it, you can also add other contact information. Generally, if selected, the school will contact you via email or phone call, and they will inform you on how to proceed regarding to their recruitment process. Nevertheless, we do not have anything to do with how each education institution manages their recruitment processes, and, therefore, each school might have different steps to follow.

Yes, both schools and teachers can update their profile information at any time. You just need to go to your profile and modify your information.

We call pre-filters to a set background related items that teachers select when they complete their profile data and that schools also use when they publish an offer. These items are the Education Stage and the Subject Discipline in which the teaching position is located; but some education stages do not include disciplines. With our automated pre-filtration system, an offer would just be displayed to the teachers that have the same Education Stage and Subject Discipline selected in their profile data.
Example: A Secondary School posts a job offer for a Maths teacher. The school selects Primary Education as Education Stage and Natural and Applied Sciences as pre-filter items. Then, only teachers who selected the same pre-filters will be able to find the posted offer.
With this we avoid useless applications sent to schools from unsuitable teachers and we help teachers only find offers that fit them. With the pre-filters, both schools and teachers fulfil their intentions much more efficiently.
